Welcome to Seoul Science High School!

I am delighted to introduce you to Seoul Science High School.

Since its establishment in 1989, SSHS has played a leading role in the education of future science leaders to contribute to the development of our nation. SSHS provides a specialized curriculum for students who have exceptional talent and potential in math and science. Designated as a school for gifted education, SSHS has have been focusing on empowering “creative convergent minds” to pioneer a new era. Our students will become future leaders, leading the country and the world in the age of the fourth industrial revolution.

 

We aim to nurture well-rounded individuals, not only with excellence in math and science but also with a refined understanding of humanities. Our school provides the best learning environment equipped with high-tech equipment, and our teachers go above and beyond to help students grow as leaders who have convergent minds, passion, and enthusiasm in scientific inquiry. We also emphasize the importance of artistic sensitivity to creative development.

 

SSHS is dedicated to helping our students reach their highest potential and achieve all of their goals. Our school guides its students to become great leaders in science who practice “Noblesse Oblige” and make contributions to our nation, as well as to humanity.
